Most suppliers tell you what they can do.
The more useful question in personal injury is what they will not.
Queensland puts a series of obligations personally on the supervising principal and on the admitted practitioner. Those obligations cannot be outsourced, and we have built the service so that the question never arises.

We never contact your client.
Not by telephone, not by email, not by message, not once. Every communication with a claimant comes from your office. We work from the file.

We never touch intake.
We do not speak to prospective clients, we do not qualify enquiries, and we have no involvement of any kind before the retainer is signed.

We send nothing to anyone.
No requests to doctors, hospitals, employers or government agencies. No correspondence with insurers. We prepare the letter; your office sends it, under your name.

We never sign a law practice certificate.
Across PIPA, the WorkCover legislation and the motor accident legislation, the law practice certificate is a personal certification by your supervising principal, verified by statutory declaration. It is not ours to give, we do not ask to prepare it, and we will not pre-populate it.

We never advise your client.
Advice on prospects, on quantum, on whether to accept an offer, and above all the irrevocable election between a lump sum and a damages claim under the workers' compensation legislation, all of it is yours. We prepare the material the advice is built on. We do not give it.

We never appear, sign or file.
No attendances at compulsory conferences. No mandatory final offers provided by us. No court documents signed or filed. No settlement negotiated.

We never hold your money.
No trust account, no client money, no disbursement funding, no handling of settlement funds.

We never contact treating doctors, examiners or witnesses.
We draft the letter of instruction and build the records bundle. Your office sends it.

And we are never paid for a claim arriving.
No referral fees, no commissions, no success fees, no volume bonuses, nothing whatsoever payable by reference to a claim being made or resolved. We are paid for documents prepared, and nothing else.
The boundary is not a limitation on the service.
