How we charge

Ask for our rates.

The right arrangement depends on how many files you send and what you want done with them. We will tell you the numbers in the first conversation, without a proposal process.

Fixed price per deliverable

Our main offering is a fixed price for each defined deliverable — a chronology, a disclosure bundle, a schedule of damages. You know the cost before the work starts. There is no hourly meter and no bill that arrives larger than you expected.

Or a monthly arrangement

Firms sending steady volume usually prefer a monthly plan. You pay the same each month, the payment buys credit, and the credit is spent on deliverables as you use them. Unused credit rolls forward. If your volume changes, we resize the plan.

Or a yearly retainer

Firms with settled volume can fix the arrangement for twelve months. It works the same way as the monthly plan — the payment buys credit, spent on deliverables as you use them — over a yearly term. The terms are agreed with you before you commit to anything.

  • What is included

One round of revisions on every deliverable. No setup fee, no software fee, no account management fee.

  • What we do not do

We never charge anything by reference to a claim being made, resolved or settled. No success fees, no commissions, no referral payments, no volume bonuses tied to claims. We are paid for documents prepared.

We do not pay or fund disbursements, and we never hold client money.

  • No lock-in

An initial one-month term, then month to month on fourteen days' notice. If it is not working, you should be able to stop.

A yearly retainer is there if you would rather fix the arrangement for twelve months. It is an option, never the default.

We will send our rates the same day.
